What should I do to participate in UpStart 2024-25?

What is the last date for submission?
  • The last date for submitting/editing your Pitch Deck will be announced.
Can I submit any additional documents that have not been asked for?
  • No, we do not accept any other documents. The judging will be done strictly on the basis of documents which have been asked for.
I have registered more than once for the same entry. What should I do?
  • A single registration should be done for a single entry. If you have registered more than once, please send an e-mail to events@ecelliitk.com, mentioning information about all the registrations made for the entry with subject: UpStart 2024-25 Query ||Startup Name||
How is confidentiality of the Business Plan maintained?
  • The entries for UpStart 2024-25 are judged by reputed VC’s, established entrepreneurs and industrialists who believe in promoting entrepreneurship. Your entry is only viewed by the judge. At no stage is an organizer permitted to view your Pitch Deck/ Business Plan. Presentations are closed door.
What will be the judging criteria?
  • Judging Criteria for UpStart 2024-25 will be updated soon. Judging will be done by a group of reputed entrepreneurs, Venture Capitalists and experienced people from the industry
How does the mentoring program work?
  • Every startup qualifying UpStart Nationals will be assigned a mentor. The teams shall then have four week long one on one mentoring and brainstorming sessions with the assigned mentors wherein they can discuss any aspect of their business which demands guidance and help
When can I request a Mentor?
  • A mentor will be allotted to all the teams that qualify for UpStart Finale
